what did you export it into?
there are probably black or invisible pixels directly outside of the uv map, so the pixels fade to black. can you post the texute for the model?
blockbench shows textures in nearest neighbor mode but roblox it bilinear
make all the transparent pixels blue (keep a backup of the transparent texture in case it still has a problem)
there would have to be 2 pixels between each shape, then outline each shape with its color
