just figured out I have been in the wrong model format (I'm doing a GeckoLib animated model). Still any advice would be great and I'll send the eased result.

You might want to add joints in the legs and arms. It would make it a little more obvious what Spiderman is doing, and give more range of motion. Sorry that that's not helpful for your actual question, but it might improve it a little
