Step 0: you need optifine or CEM mod to get started.
Step 1: save your blockbench model as json.
Step 2: make a folder named CIT like this packname\assets\minecraft\optifine\cit
This is where your .json (3D model) and .properties (CIT condition) files go

which is part of Optifine, and there is a tutorial for that in the channel the bot linked

There is also standalone cem lodaer available without optifine for all folks who have trust issues with closed source products
