#How to make my Animated Textures FPS work as it should?

Everything tells me my animations shouldn't be moving this fast. No matter what FPS I set it to, It stays the same speed. If anyone knows what could possibly be the cause, that'd be awesome.

in the animation settings (the thing that looks like a spedometer in the bottom left) change the frame time

lower values go faster

20 / frametime

so a frametime of 1 is 20fps
2 = 10 fps
3= 6.7 fps

i think im wrong on that but its around there

i think fps doesnt work for like minecraft item models because it can only render in ur frames when a new tick is rendered in game

there r 20 ticks in a second so it cant really render faster than a 20 fps animation (which shouldnt be a problem unless ur insane) nor can it render like a 15 fps animation properly because that means like it would have to render 1.33 frames every tick which it cant do
