As pictured, I want to make it seem as if the monitor in my model here is glowing. I recall seeing something like this in a handful of Violet's (@/violxiv) art pieces and I even watched one of her streams that showed it being done but the VOD is lost to time. If anyone can help me out here I'd really appreciate it.
