i accidentally undid most of my work and would like to redo is there any way to redo?

Usually redo is CTRL+Y, or CTRL+SHIFT+Z idk which one blockbench chose

A quick test later, Blockbench uses CTRL+Y for redo

You can also alternatively use Edit > Undo/Redo if you need to
