Well, as it said, make sure it's not in a cloud service.
Also make sure you aren't trying to load it from a .zip folder.

i don't think i get what cloud service is, i have the models and textures in the same folder as i said, it's the first time to see this happen

when stuff isn't saved on your own PC but on some online service.

but yeah, Desktop should be a findable location for Blockbench 🤔 (unless your PC has weird permission settings)
