Help this is happening to my application. I'm not even sure this is blockbench but some weird computer/graphics card issue

Check your graphics driver

Update it if possible

Check your HDMI or your DP or VGA cable if it's connected properly if there's a dent or a opening in the PC to monitor cable then try changing it

Also if you installed a beta driver for you graphics intel of amd or nvidia then change it to an older stable version
