#Rescaling from big to small with lots of animations

I see block/item model , 2d skin, OptiFine Entity, Optifine CIT, Modded, MCCreator, Installation, Server Plugin Model (Maybe Since using ME), GeckoLib, Figura, Shaders, and Moderator...Which one is what your talking about. I have already searched prior supports.
The question is about scaling. Is there a way to do it that doesn't mess with animations

And you are the one that needs to know what you are asking about. I can't know what you are talking about.
I made a minecraft model in blockbench for Java. I accidently used a template of a larger mob model when I started this. I need to scale it down to the size of a little bit bigger than like a zombie, person, or whatever like that. When I crt a then transform to scale down the size. All the animations are off. I thought a long time ago that there was a way to make animations scale with the model. Was asking if that is possible or I am misremembering. If the topic should be something else please point to it.

It's that the post tag does not match at all with what your question is about.
You are talking about modeling an entity, but you used the post tag for block/item models. Those are two completely different formats (and there are several formats for entities, so without the proper tag nobody can help you with your problem (assuming there is a solution)
