Open the mod file. (Either using 7zip/winrar or change it from .jar to .zip then open it using windows)
And search for textures that match those mobs.
If you want the models to make it easier for yourself, either ask the mod author for them or remake them yourself using the existing textures.

Like I said above. Mod jars do just contain a resource packs
In yor mods folder, you have the mod jar.

The textures for the mobs are somewhere inside the assets folder, idk where every mod chooses this on their own.
