So I'm using the entity wizard to retexture mobs, is there a way to get another entity model that doesn't show up in the wizard? like an ender dragon or something, because the entity wizard only shows a couple models you can use.

File > New > Skin > Ender Dragon if you only want to change the texture, not the model.
