Whenever I hit play on my animation the bar of where you see goes to the right whenever the animation is playing keeps going super fast and the animation isn't playing, can someone help me?

Whenever I hit play on my animation the bar of where you see goes to the right whenever the animation is playing keeps going super fast and the animation isn't playing, can someone help me?
update: I sort of fixed it but ran into another problem, I can't turn anything in animation
and also the animation starts at 5 instead of the beginning, can anybody please help me?
