I tested the armor texture in singleplayer creative world and no error, after that i joined a server and noticed armor texture are broken

I cant do anything in server resource pack file

if you switch back to singleplayer does it look fine there again?

then it's some problem in regards to that server's resource pack either overwriting something on your side or otherwise causing problems, so nothing you can fix on that specific server.
