models go to assets/minecraft/models/...
textures go to assets/minecraft/textures/...

they do not go into the same folder

#

and Blockbench will actively warn you when you try to load textures from other places

something weird is happening though as their model has no textures assigned to it

I told you to rightlick the texture and click "Change File" earlier in #minecraft-❲not-a-help-channel❳
I did not tell you to delete them

well, now you need to load your textures into the model again so the texture paths in the model update, then it should load fine next time you load the model
