#Texture just randomly corrupted?

I just saved my texture as i was working on it and it just randomly corrupted. Now it just says "texture not found" and when i try to open the png it should be saved as, it cant be opened because its corrupted

Is there a way to recover it>

Easiest way will likely be using a backup to recover it.
