I literally did that for someone so they have their avatar's tails spinning like Tails the fox in the Sonic games
(and remove the actually elytra)

so, I was trying to just get a custom avatar in the game to get started with figura, and I'm not sure what I did wrong. I created a skin model in blockbench, uploaded it with the name player_model, and uploaded the texture as texture
in a folder
but it's not here
can you clarify on a clever optifine retexture? does it do something to custom armor textures?
"clever" as in just making a texture that looks like it's a different model, but in fact it's just the same model with a different texture
