If the person who stole it is in this discord you can contact the mods. If they are using it on a platform you can go to the platforms dmca/copyright system and file a complaint. If it was someone in China then I'd move on as china doesn't respect anyones laws so there is no way to enforce anything.

I personally would instead focus on making new better, more creative things and just move one. The time spent on fighting it isn't really worth it IME. Vs you could spend that time making more, better stuff.

There isn't really a good way to protect assets in any industry right now.
