APPX File could not be accessed because it is not encrypted as expected.

Hello,

Getting the following above error when attempting to create and/or Open a new Bedrock Model using the Minecraft Entity Wizard.
If I enable Encryption on the file, it then mentions that I must contact the file owner or an administrator to obtain permission. I am the owner of the .json entity file so unsure why this is not working properly.

I have designed a few others in the past but it has not worked.

This is also another error that gets generated straight from Blockbench if attempting to create a new one:
