If a drop is listed as having a probability of (1/4054), it's not possible that with 10 times or more that probability, you still won't obtain the item needed to complete the log.
Here's an example: My alt, Revenero, has spent over 19 days trying to complete a single log (30.9k kc ) and hasn't finished it yet.
