#Zenith Randomness Mitigation

"surely devs will read this one" ignoring the whole "main developer behind zenith had a long conversation with the thread owner overnight", it's safe to say that devs have seen the 4-5 flavors of this thread
i daresay it was sarcasm but we may never know
It's just another useless comment attempting to be funny which is the only thing az1 is capable of saying
at least hes capable of saying something 🙄
Just because he talks doesn't mean he should
And just because he can fog glass doesn't mean I'd consider him alive
Ngl I use player market and all but I still 100% agree with this post
I’ve previously advocated for inverse talismans
And i can speak from experience about shot rng killing runs
I’d have a5 comp as a casual. But guess what? The a5 run I did 1 teammate died and the others got terrible rng with skills and couldnt kill a magus 2v1 so we got hit with dark hole and obliterated. I got lucky and had good abils so I carried
Said it before ill say it again. Completion capability shouldn’t be based on rng.

Also i agree with timesick, I find myself basically never using my melee primarily much outside boss and instead relying on my melee build being able to hybrid caster due to my charms to clear.
Like I’ll melee attack stuff but thats for groups of 2-3 mobs max
as a caster main without melee gear if i dont get an ability for f1 its kinda over
afk spawner rush gameplay
personally, acz is not for me and that's fine
however, the reason it felt more sour than it should have been was that I was anticipating enjoying new content, especially when I saw the acension-based difficulty modifiers, which was a welcome change from everything being delved or "hardmode". Nothing TM could have done to account for that
Also, I probably am in the demographic where Im mostly a solo spirit who LFGs most content, but also feel that I would do fine charmless a15, but also don't have the temerity to waste an LFG's time by trying out that conception, so since im not a no-lifer with a no-lifer group, Im at a dilemma. Essentially, im running content that feels trivial and unengaging to try to gear up for what I really want to play. This is 100% a me problem, but its hard to rectify that with the casual amounts of time I spend in the game (no money, no group)
That is with a well rounded ,experienced team . the jump in difficulty in the bosses from a14-15 is huge . It can take up to weeks for the average player I'd imagine
I think my biggest complaint is first ability rng. You play shadow ,get your advancing shadows slot taken, you can't play for the whole floor . Same with swap or shift left for frost. In flame you can also become significantly weaker if any of your flame abilities get taken. I would really like it if it was like generousity and you could deny it .
