Losing the hunger fill from kapple is a buff
Kapple filling your hunger bar is literally the debuff that makes it bad (without charms)
Since you can't gain saturation
You can dance around that being an issue with gapples, but I don't think many people other than myself use gapps religiously

It's definitely been mentioned before but I'm finding myself wanting an Amalgam -knockback charm more and more (enemy knockback, not player knockback)
Amalgaming a high health enemy removes them from the fight for a bit but really doesn't kill them and just slows it down
also makes your friendly rogue have to watch and wait for it to get within deleting range
yeah, I mean most alchs have gotten used to using amalgam as a finisher to avoid that, but it relies on knowledge of enemy health to be able to do that effectively
yeah definitely a finisher type attack, except on dreads
or watching as your friendly rogues heart sinks as their kill reset to stay alive gets sent to the stratosphere or to the grave

I’ve had to build a trusting group dynamic with comms to make sure I get the kills I need and if I can’t finish them off to let the alch clean up the mess I made while my skills come off cooldown naturally
Working really well compared to everyone just yeeting damage at it and hoping the right person gets the final blow

then as the thing above suggests, the bottom left charm gets a multiplier of 1.75

The concept behind this charm idea was to give Assassin a little bit more longevity, similar to Swordsage, at the cost of some of its damage output. I decided to change Escape Death's Speed buff to a Resistance buff to make it possible to capitalize on the changes to Stealth by using Bodkin Blitz or Cloak and Dagger in a tight spot as an escape option for much-needed breathing room. Also, Cloak and Dagger has i-frames after you attack under its effect, mainly because it would suck if you smack the shit out of a mob with Cloak, only for it to survive and one-shot you as soon as you hit, rendering the regen and Resistance buff useless.
Black Wind - 4* or 5* - Rogue (Swordsage)
+15% passive Speed
+25% Strength for 5 seconds after using Blade Dance
+1 Deadly Ronde max stacks
-25% Blade Dance windup and i-frames
-10% Deadly Ronde stack duration
+/- Deadly Ronde gives 5% Strength upon gaining a stack, instead of Speed
This charm, on the other hand, is its counterpart for Swordsage, giving it more potential to nuke stuff in exchange for its survivability. Blade Dance was interesting to think about, and I ended up deciding to cut its windup, and by extension the invincibility frames it grants, in order to justify it granting 25% Strength for 5 seconds. Deadly Ronde was also a doozy to think of changes for, so I opted to shorten its stack duration but replace the Speed it gives with Strength, which I personally think would combo nicely with a well-timed Blade Dance.
They are interesting, but please be reminded that charms can only modify existing skill attributes, you cant add new ones such as the regen and strength

This would further turn Hallowed Beam into a pure support skill. The knockback is supposed to be on mobs nearby players when you heal them. Basically giving people who you use it on a larger window of safety, at the expense of raw health regained

• +15% Thurible Procession Attack Damage
• -20 Thurible Procession Health Threshhold
• -25% Thurible Healing
• -10% Thurible Procession Speed
This would drop your stack reset on Thurible from 60%HP to 40%HP, leaning the ability more into something that boosts the own players’ abilities to kill mobs, while still allowing for them to provide some passive support to their teammates
+250% hallowed beam damage
-90% hallowed beam healing

Some Bezoar-enhancing charms (One that cripples pot regen but massively lowers bezoar drop requirement, one that makes bezoars much rarer but makes the buff you get from them crazy good)
Some kind of One-in-the-chamber charm that reduces pot count to 1 and massively increases damage and/or AoE
Depending on how UA's manual detonation works, a charm that makes UA unable to be manually detonated/unable to be killed with potions, and massively increases cooldown, but massively increases damage and AoE could be kinda funny, kind of like a Horseman World Ender bomb
Making alch charms is pretty hard tbh, I don't blame TM at all for the relative lack of super game-changing alch charms, it's really difficult to make good ideas for alch since there's so few abilities to modify (Alch is just like 2 abilities and 6 damage multipliers loosely amalgamated into a class)
Even if the UA world ender charm doesn't work since manual detonate runs a /kill or whatever on the amalgam, I'd still like a significant +damage +aoe +cooldown UA charm (but making it require planning but rewarding that with a massive damage multiplier would be sick too)
Also is Bezoar pickup range a stat that can be modified (or can bezoars have massively increased pickup radii please it's so obnoxious trying to get them)

This charm would definitely make melee scout way more fun and have better AOE damage, which is what this subclass needs more of. Volley has way too long of a cooldown and whirling blade damage won't cut it, this charm would be a unique way to buff melee scout's AOE without making it's distinct single target damage more potent.

This charm is too weak: it provides a 3.2% additive damage buff to cursed wound which is about the same as the 1* charm that provides a 3% damage buff to dark pact. The increase in damage cap is impossible to reach unless you use every skill as reaper in which case 0.6% of the 6% is used.

resistance isn't maximized because it's not supposed to be an invuln charm, but it can be boosted even higher with other dline charms. Duration is to make it a short duration extreme resistance boost instead of a longer buff, to brace yourself against a magic/blast hit that would tear you apart. Cooldown doesn't quite compensate for this, but with charms to boost duration and cooldown reduction I think it could be dangerous to boost this further.

What is Blessing of the Convert boosting with 5% Phlegmatic Resolve Ally Modifier? Level 2 phleg says allies gain 33% of your bonuses, does this make it 38%? Is it really that low?
The soul rend boosts are noticeable, I’m just wondering if the phleg modifier is supposed to be that low
You get 9 cds on reaper with 1 in everything, so 22.5% resistance, and allies gain .33x of that which is 7.425. 5% more would be .38x which is 8.55, which is 1.125% more resistance.
Is it supposed to be 7.425%+5%? That seems more worth the charm power cost

doing bodkin and windwalk is (probably) irrelevant as you can't benefit from both so the power should be balanced around just one charge
if it has more upsides then it'll be 5 star budget with not much to add, or it could have downsides to bring the cost down which sure that could work

Unsure if this is a good charm or not- you no longer have to switch potions which could be seen as simplifying and boring, but you still need to switch potions for esoteric enhancements to trigger the ability.
