I'm asking, cause for RoN, when you download from Mod.io it requires a restart of the game to load the mods.
People on Geforce Now, cant use Mods, because when you restart the game, it loads a new instance of the service and game, so mods cannot load up.

Nah dont put anything in there, thats for the ingame mod.io mods which i wouldnt reccomend using at all:') i'd say uninstall any mod.io mods you have, make a mods folder or just put what ones you want in the paks folder

Just dont put it in the mod.io folder, anywhere else in the paks folder is fine. This is what mine looks like for example, you could probably make one mods folder then put all those categories in there aswell if ya wanted

So I played with the AI settings, and somehow ended up with a suspect in cover permanently shooting all the time. even if he's far away from the team. This blocks swat AI from doing any secure actions or move (except stack and clear) because they feel under fire. Any idea what setting might cause such a suspect behavior?

I do have a technical question does anyone know how the game handles sounds prefix and lets say missionstart_somenumber? does prefix have to be fully completed in order to continue to missionstart? Hello. I'm popping here because I'm currently digging into RON data to start modding the game. I'm right now especially interested in the ammo data. Do you know if there is a modding guide or any documentation out there explaining the "AmmoDataTable" properties and how they work ? Some properties seem obvious like "projectilecount" or "penetrationlevel" but others are less like "hitschance" our "armoredhitschance". How the "DamageOverRangeCurve" works is also not very clear to me yet. Thanks in advance for any help or advice !

i downloaded 'Attachment Expansion' mod but when i go in the game i cannot see all the Attachment Expansions. i did put the files in the pak folder did i do somthin wrong?

I was thinking how awesome it would be if an modder took the 3 Letter Triad (Elysian Hotel) map and made a 'clean' version of it, as if the resort was fully built/completed. no mods currently in PAK folder, game running fine, just literally no pistols. only primaries and I can put primaries on secondary spot. I'll have to look at mods but I usually just install cosmetics and generally safe/easy ones to use. Not sure what would of caused this lol

If you still get the crash report, do this.

  1. Load the game into safe mode (no mods)
  2. Get rid of any mods in mod.io (uninstall them and cancel que)
  3. Verify the integrity of your files on steam, then load the game to make sure it works, if it doesnt then launch ready or not with the "clean mods" option and it should fix it.
