Does anyone actually know when the "Low HP beep" occurs and how the paper doll outline correlates to the amount of remaining health you have?

The paperdoll outline can go out of sync with the actual HP you currently have, normally the darker the outline is the less health you have, regardless of limbs hit.
The Low HP beep usually happens when your outline goes dark red, usually meaning the next hit that deals damage will kill you

Also everytime you start bleeding and you're on low health you will heal once you bandage (not reflected on the paperdoll untill you take a hit)

That I've noticed since it will always be 1 hit behind (Very noticable when you bleed at low hp then heal a bleed to reset to 80 then get shot again) the paper doll can go from dark red to a lighter red

Huge nerd fact, the snub nose Python in the game is a California Combat model rather than a factory 3" model.
You can tell based on the positioning of the vent rib.
California combat models were made out of Factory 8" Pythons that were converted to 3" because the company the purchased them was struggling to sell them. They made like ~200.

For comparison, Factory 3" vs California Combat vs RON snub nose.

This also could've just been the devs being lazy and chopping off the longer barrel model, but I choose to believe it was intentional.
