yeah. the "unlock everything" mod lets you use grenades and primary and secondary weapons that are already part of the game, you just cant select them
such as the p90 and m24 sniper
but for grenades specifically you can select them in the mod and uninstall the mod and you can still use fully functioning 9bangs in vanilla
