I've been having trouble connecting to multiplayer servers. when I try to join a public server, a message pops up saying "No servers available in your region" and when I try to join a friend it says the host timed out or brings me to a black screen and takes me to the menu. I tried reinstalling, changing the launch type, updating, verifying files, and a few other tricks. If I can get in contact with somebody on how to fix this I would really appreciate it.

It is official, yes. You can delete it, and it will get added back as soon as you launch the game which is fine. However you could have installed mods via the mod.io mod manager so you can safely delete it to make sure no mods where there.

September 11th is a cutoff for mods, so any mods updated by that point (September 11th, 2025) should work. Some mods may work before that date, but it is advised you test them one by one because there is no way to know which mod causes a crash

Hi, I'm having an issue with 'The Tactician' achievement on Epic Games. I completed the mission with an S rank without using any lethal or non-lethal ammunition (completely empty slots). However, the achievement did not unlock. I have visual proof of my S rank and my empty loadout. Can someone help? Thanks.

I arrested all suspects and civilians. I also used Pepper Spray during the mission. Does using Pepper Spray count as using ammunition for 'The Tactician' achievement? Because I didn't carry any lethal or non-lethal magazines in my slots.

I neutralized their weapons with a flash grenade and apprehended the suspects.

My team and I didn't fire a single bullet; all the suspects were arrested, including civilians.

It is just that there are little to no circumstances where someone from Void should be pinged. When it comes to achievements; I have no doubt they are aware at this point that it is buggy.

RoN has no servers. Any connection is handled p2p, therefore it depends how good yout internet is, how good the host's internet is and how far away you are from each other.

What you are refering to are "regions" which you can select, ultimately they mean nothing other than that players should host a region they are in so people on the other side of the world don't join them and have high ping, unfortunately people don't select the right region anyways

I'm getting back regarding my problem that I mentioned yesterday (my PC shutting down by itself with this game). Someone suggested it might be the thermal paste, but I've done some tests.

When running a benchmark on my processor where it goes up to 100% for several minutes, I don’t go above 70 degrees Celsius and I don’t experience any crashes.

Whereas when I manage to play and it crashes, the CPU is around 20% usage and 40 degrees Celsius.

The PC is really not under heavy use. Sometimes the game crashes my PC right at startup before the title screen, so I don’t think it has time to overheat.

My PC is stable, and this doesn’t happen with any other games like Escape from Tarkov or Star Citizen.

Does anyone have any idea?

Hello all, I purchased the PS5 version on release, had a blast, completed all base game missions and then uninstalled. It’s now been a few months, and I’ve reinstalled with the intention of playing through the DLC missions, but I’ve found that when I load into LSPD HQ and into any mission, the frame rate is completely obliterated. We’re talking sub-20 FPS on performance mode. And nothing seems to fix it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, rebuilt PS5 database, even just left the game idle for close to an hour. Nothing.

Is this a known issue?

This never happened when I played at launch.

Needless to say, I’m not seeing this with any other game

That should probably fix your issue. Though I should mention that this issue mostly arises from the fact that people downloaded a mod in the past that has since been hidden which removes all vanilla voicelines and triggers modded ones.

If you had such a mod, then this is the reason it causes such an issue. The mod was a pakchunk0 file, which replaced the game's core file.

Multiplayer doesn't work on Xbox. At least, I haven't found a single player who's confirmed that RoN has working, problem-free crossplay. This issue has been around for a while, but no one has done anything about it. So, play the single-player campaign until you get bored.

These videos were most likely filmed a long time ago. I surveyed Xbox owners. Everyone confirmed that their online experience was down, even with crossplay disabled. There are also quite a few posts on Reddit where people are complaining about host connection errors. In fact, there are subreddits where the issue was discussed as early as the summer and fall of 2025. No one has been able to find a solution to this problem. At least 30 people from all over the world have confirmed their inability to connect to online sessions this week.

And if that's the case, there is nothing Void can do about it. They would probably have to switch to some other host that allows crossplay, and I have no clue how that works.

At the very least, an official response from the developers, or at least a post with an error message on social media, would alert the audience that there are issues with online play on consoles and that they will be resolved within a certain timeframe. Hi. I am out of ideas at this point. During missions, the games crashes randomly to desktop. Sometimes after a a few minutes, other times after more than 10. I can't provide logs, the crash reporter is never triggered, the applications just vanishes. I cleaned my installation (even though I never had mods in the first place), I reinstalled the game, I tried DX11, 12 and safe mode. I changed the GPU driver from the current version back to 581.57 after using DDU. I have Win11, Intel i5-12400F, 16GB RAM and a RTX 4060 Ti.

In the end, I cant reliably finish maps, its a real gamble when it will crash.

Revolver, attachments, holding a primary weapon, armor, helmet, nvg, shield on your back, tablet, cuffing, securing, opening and kicking the doors, order swat ai any command except deploy one to use any type of grenade, giving swat ai any gun and tools expect shields

Can't use/do:
Anything else what I did not mention in "Can use/do" list

Most common things that invalidate the run:
Lockpick, shields in swat ai loadout, fire/dryfire from primary gun, grade below C

I have spent the entire night attempting to fix a bug where the "Create" and "Join" buttons in the online menu do not respond to any input. Singleplayer works perfectly, but the multiplayer component is completely non-functional.
I have already exhausted all standard and advanced troubleshooting steps, including:
Verifying game integrity on Steam and reinstalling the game multiple times.
Attempting to manually install/repair Epic Online Services (EOS). The service starts but stops automatically after a few seconds.

Trying a different network connection (Mobile Hotspot) to rule out ISP blocking.

I got all my data wiped a couple of days ago, its really weird as I was playing RoN that same exact day, and it only happened that when I played it later- I tried reinstalling, it did nothing and only wiped all my mods. Tried reinstalling mods to see if that would fix it and now it doesnt work modded at all and crashes. I havent tested safe mod yet but I still expect data to be wiped. Also this weird thing happens (see image, in quick play btw, my campaign data is still there for some reason with its missions unlocked but they dont show up in quick play and fairly im scared to touch my campaign in fear it might wipe after I play a mission too.)

I got a question about the game itself, I completed most of the levels, I just got to the hospital level and managed to clear out most of the objectives. Once I did however the game froze and crashed which.. wasn't the first time to be honest but it was mostly becuase of driver timeouts (my side).

However, when the game crashed I physically can't continue to play anymore, every time I load into the game it works fine, but once I select Singleplayer and sit in the lobby (I just load in really), the game instantly crashes without warning and I can't even continue my old career.. Does anyone know what's going on with his, it is a shame and I REALLY don't want to restart the entire run just to get to the second to last mission again.. especially since I got S rating on every map prior

If you crash as soon as you load in, it usually means you have a bugged loadout

You should start a new save file and delete all of your presets including SWAT AI, and then try to load back into your old save

Hi, we have a pretty big problem when I want to play with a friend.

I can join him in the Lobby - but as soon as we turn on the mission and confirm and the teleportation comes up, I get an error with 99% percent: Connection to host lost and he joins the mission, of course I have no way to connect back.

If I host the Lobby, he can't even connect to the lobby and gets: Connection to the host timed out
(For example, out of 30 attempts, I'll connect to a mission once.)

Every time I try and join a lobby the game is freezing. It was crashing before and I had to delete my mod data but now it loads up to the home menu but i never get any further than that. I've tried all the common recommended fixes, verify game files, uninstall and redownload (multiple times), run in safe mode, run in administrator and ive even upgraded my graphics card but it still freezes straight away. I played the game before a couple years ago and never had an issue its only after redownloading recently it hasn't worked. Edit: It won't even open the game from steam or desktop now, in any mode. It only shows the letter rank for the hardest difficulty you have completed. If you got s rank on normal difficulty and b rank on hard difficulty, it will always show the b rank. If you s ranked it on hard, then that is a glitch and should be reported in #🐜archived-bug-reports-channel

I’m on Xbox and the game is saying cross play is disabled in my system settings but when I check system settings it’s enabled and ready or not is the only cross play game that isn’t letting me play with my friends on other platforms

Hey I am having problems connecting to my friends in ready or not. What happens is it says that I’m connected to epic games and my cross play is enable but when I go to join them it take a long time to load and then it kicks me out to the main screen. Also when it does that it says that is was unable to connect to host. I can host a game but they are not able to join.
