My best guess is scope creep and priorities. Too much stuff to polish, not enough money and manpower to do so in timely manner.
Especially after they had to redo a lot of stuff due to engine merge to UE5 branch, it's why the DLCs got all delayed.

Not sure about C+ achievements, but the lawmaker one do have some problems, as far as I'm aware only host can obtain it

as for way out west it's working just fine for both host and clients, so you might did something wrong

Hi guys. I've got issues with performance and cpu/gpu usage. For example on some maps im getting stable 60+ fps and sometimes i see 27-30 fps while CPU usage is <65% and GPU usage is something around 50%. How to fix it? I did have a TOC mod installed, but I deleted it from my pak files and removed it from my vortex mod manager and folders.

Just recently bough the game a few days ago, I'm 3 missions in(Twisted Nerve) and yesterday I died during it(so close to completing!!) and once I loaded back to the station, I just quit to desktop.

Today when I load the game, it's like I'm starting from scratch from the Main Menu, I don't have the option under Single Player to choose an individual mission to replay, but if I go in Continue, it will show me that Twisted Nerve is available.

What happened to my progress on the Main Menu? All my other progress appears to be there

Ok so something weird is going on for sure. If I load the game initially, I go to Single Player > it loads straight into the game. I have no idea if that means its in Commander mode or not. Then if I just exit out to Main Menu > Single Player again > 3 options now appear(Commander, Quick Play, Training Mode)

I wouldn't say it would be normal for mods to cause what you are describing, but I cannot listen to the audio currently. I would say temporarily move your mods away, verify your game files, double check that your drivers are up to date, then check the game again

How would you go on about finding out which

Looks normal to me I mean it is possible to disable fog without mods if you've edited your engine.ini file but it honestly doesn't really make a significant difference for the outside of the station.

Other than maybe your graphics settings being lower than mine and your game looking darker than mine I would say you're playing with fog.

Yea I mean on narcos you can see on no fog there's the difference of it not being as orange with the lighting and that the sky in the distance isn't as dark so compare your screenshot of narcos to my fog on screenshot of narcos it would definitely seem you have fog enabled.

Also side note apparently that car's license plate changes every load of the level.

I completely agree with you on that. Knowing that a lot of other people are experiencing the same kinds of issues like thyself, means that word will go around real quick, which leads to it going to the devs, which subsequently leads to a embrace of the problem to fix it.

@exotic cairn if you and your friend ever need some third hand when it comes to clearing a map, i'd be happy to give you that. (been looking for a team myself)

Solution: Install updated mods. The only reason why mods are going to cause the corrupt data error is due to them being outdated. Any mods uploaded/updated before July 23rd of this year are guaranteed to not work. A good chunk of mods were broken by the dark waters update, here's a list that gives a general idea of what commonly used mods are still working after the update: #🔧modding-chat message Anything else will not be uploaded/updated on or after December 10th of this year to work.

I also recommend you download mods manually from nexusmods instead of using in game mod.io.

Hi all, weird issue with coop. I've been playing through the commander mode solo with a single mod "visceral blood". Today when trying to host a coop session with a friend, he could not join as he was getting an error for not having the same mod installed. Yea it's a bug that happens when transferring over from public multiplayer to friends only lobby that basically keeps it public a restart of the game should fix it. Restarting the game should also fix the invite issue in most cases as well. You should also make sure both of your steam profiles are fully online and are reading that you're actually playing ready or not.

I would just say to whitelist the files on the antivirus rather than delete I would also make absolutely sure you have no other 3rd party anti virus programs and see if whitelisting RoN through windows security will do anything as well.

I equip a preset made before Dark Waters and it places a gas mask on my head. Now the gas mask is there permanently, and equipping default preset does not change this. Similar effect with NVGS and goggles. I do have gunfighter 5 installed and I used gunfighter 4 before the Dark Waters

I'm currently having a problem with constant random hard crashes occuring during play and was curious if anyone knows of a fix.

Randomly without warning during gameplay my pc will just turn off, this has been a issue since the last update before this one but now it happens all the time whilst previously it was only in the police station.

The loading screen on DX12 preloads the map, it is where the intense part of the game (asset) wise should be, but I couldn't comment on what % your card should be at exactly. Probably not that high, but update your graphics drivers and post your CPU.

Hmm, I want to say I've seen that GPU specifically reported with issues, but I have to go back and check more specifically. Double check your graphics settings and your resolution, I believe someone said before that their resolution being too low (compared to their monitor) caused crashing

Besides that, if you are messing with the voltage of your PC try resetting it to default, but the crashing your PC suggests an issue with your hardware or outside of the game. A game should crash and not take your PC out under normal circumstances

Howdy, folks. Along with yuletide greeting.

Recently got the game as a gift from a friend, and now my computer will under no circumstances run the game for any duration exceeding a minute before blackscreening and turning off my computer.

I've updated Windows, updated my AMD Chipsets and Graphics driver, run the game in Administrative mode with the Windows 8 compatibility mode, and used the AMD Control panel to run the game in the absolute most minimum of settings and running it in the 'low' game graphics settings, which allowed me to run the game for a little over a minute before it hard crashed my computer. The game loads fine and presents the title screen, but then will crash.

I've run DX 12 and 11, then did the clean mod/save option then verified my files. I've even moved my files from my D to C drive. I have not reinstalled the game, because I simply do not believe that it will fix anything. The game is being run in the native resolution (2560*1440)

I've heard a lot of talk about audio programs causing problems, but I simply have not downloaded any such program in memory. If I had, they are incredibly hard to find as well. I don't know if there's any check to see if there are any sound programs like that on a computer, but I run nothing special. Just a yeti hooked up to my headset.

This is not a problem that I've met on any other game, so It's almost definitely not a hardware problem. I'll list my specs anyhow because somehow it might be of use. I've always had some interest in the game but this is really killing me.

This is also important to note that poking around in the game settings is almost entirely a no-go. It's such a hassle I debate if it's really worth it, and it alone seems to have no effect on how long I'm able to ""Play"" the game.

And no, I don't have any temperature problems, or power problems. I run an IX1200i which provides more then enough power for my setup w/ 0 RGB or glow-in-the-dark stuff. I cleaned out my PC just in case there was a temperature problem, but logging my temperature shows that it runs stable. Not that a temperature problem would even make sense, given the timeframe in which the game crashes.

Let's say I got 2 presets, different from the default. I'm changing stuff in 2 for one of the Swat AI, suddenly it switches to 1, and when I go back to 2 I find that whatever is in 1 for my Self (main character) is copied to the Swat AI I was changing in preset 2.

It fucking jumbles a lot that it fucks ones mind. This bug is dirty xD

Yes. I have like 8 and it still happens on any of them randomly.

I have no idea what triggers it cause it doesn't always trigger, but it triggers on any preset when it does.

One thing I'm sure of is that it triggers more, and mostly when I'm changing things for the Swat AI.

@noble knoll I kind of understand the bug more now. What's happening is that if I say save when I'm choosing Self, next time I press on the preset but while choosing say Delta it will copy Self's loadout and change Delta's (or anyone else not Self). Same thing if I save while choosing anyone else other than Self then it will copy that one to whomever I'm choosing (whose not the one chosen the moment of saving) while I choose the preset.

It still happens, but it's easier to mitigate on one preset. Bummer though, having many more made it go crazy.

Integrated graphics are generally under this games minimum requirements, but I would have to dig and look at what the Lenovo Go uses since I am not familiar with Ryzen stuff.
