The in game menu mod available on nexus. You must increase the lobby size slider in game after you have it working. No other players require the mod besides the host, but more players in the lobby decreases fps and makes the connection more sketchy. A number of the maps don’t have enough spawn points so some people will fall under the map and die if you have more than 7ish people.

Also, Iris Xe is not supported and is below HW requirements so expect problems down the line even after you get it working.

Intel GPU drivers improved a LOT in the last year. So you might get it working, as in you might get it to boot.

The performance won't be there without heavy reliance on FSR and small internal resolution and visual tweaks tho.

There are 2 main problem with stutters, it's dx12 shader compiling on demand and asset streaming due to wrong size of poolsize fom some cards with higher vram

So i have a pretty weird issue, my performance drops to 20fps while on a mission in commander mode, but co-op and practice work just fine. Also headquarters are running smoothly with around 150fps, while on a mission i get around 90fps both in practice and co-op. The fps drop occurs the moment the game starts loading the mission. I'm running the game on linux with proton 8.0-5 and dx12, also if that matters i'm using kernel 6.7.8

Hello, I have been playing Ready or Not for a while now with no issues, now when i load into a match i am unable to turn my character (with my mouse). Pipeline Cache is enabled in game and with that command you can store pso cache on your drive, but it's wont do anything with performance, since all shaders compiling on demand right now.
When Void will implement pso pre-caching they might enable this command by default

I've tried many times to S Rank Neon Tomb but every time I complete the level all I can get is A+. If i'm not mistaken it is 35 pts per suspect if you get him alive and not dead/incapacitated.
That should be 525 pts in your case.

The game is for some reason heavily pushing into non-lethal approach, so now (in v1.0 onwards) incapacitated suspects count as dead (5 pts).

For those of you with the "In-Game Menu" mod installed, have you found a way to make it so nobody can join your session? I'm playing Singleplayer, Practice mode, and some jerk keeps joining my game and messing with me by hiding civilians so I can't arrest them. Update I don't even have that mod installed anymore (forgot), and it's still happening. What can I do about this? I literally can't even play singleplayer without someone joining and ruining things

Singleplayer modes do not have networking enabled. Run the game in safe mode, if it still happens then you need to reinstall the game.

That may be the "trailers". They are ai that come in and help arrest civilians after you have killed or captured all the shooters. They should be taking civilians to the truck you spawn in at. They are not players, just AI bots meant to help you clean up. Also, any civilian they interact with should automatically be arrested, so no need to go looking for the civilians the trailers grab.

For about 1 month now, I've been trying to reinstall the game, but at a certain point, the installation stops. No error window opens, but the game goes into unscheduled installations with the error message: disk write error. I've changed disks several times, and redone a clean installation. I've deactivated the anti-virus... In short, I've tried a lot of solutions and even steam support can't find an error. (I've also had this problem on another computer). When I want to check the local files, they're empty.
As you can see from the attachments, on the one hand over 40GB has been installed and on the other steam tells me that nothing is installed.

Disk Write Error is a permission type of error from Steam client telling you it has no permission to write data on disk, it's not related to any given game (because the issue is between Steam and your PC).

It's a false flag, happens sometimes. It just seems that it's blocking it trying to make sounds for the game

If the antivirus is already blocking files in a path it's not going to allow an app to write new ones.

You have to whitelist the "..\Steamapps\Downloading" directory to prevent this from happening.
Then clear download cache / remove stuff from quarantine, and download the update/game again.

As Arc has mentioned, disk write error is a you side error, it is not a game error. There is something going on with your PC (lack of writing permission, no space, anti-virus, etc.) that is not letting Steam install RoN on your system.

This is not an issue with the game. This is a steam, storage drive, or antivirus issue. The simple answer might be that you do not have the requisite game + another game worth of space on your drive. Or your AV is flagging and deleting. You can try to clear your steam download cache and try again.

-upgrading software (i.e. updating video driver)
-lowering the quality settings of the game (i.e. resolution, fov, texture, motion blur, etc.)
-network connection (if in multiplayer)
-rebuilding pc (if it has malware)

I couldn't get a screenshot of it, because I couldn't bring it up. If I can't get the menu to appear, then I can't make it disappear when the ugly bug of this menu showing up anyway rears its ugly head randomly.

As I said, the release version does not have such a menu. It will not come up randomly when it does not exist. And you did not say that is not a picture from your computer.

Nor did you tell me what the build number is that you are playing on. I know it is not the most recent one if you are having this issue.
