I would have to guess that the game causing your device to restart points at a larger issue than just the game, you may want to check stuff like Windows for updates, try going back a driver or double check you have the latest, disable overclocking, etc.

I have a problem with connecting to public servers. I used to be able to find public coop sessions quickly and create public servers and have people join in 10-30mins. But now for literal hours I can't join coop sessions and no one joins my public lobbies. Anyone have any idea whats going on? To be clear when I choose to find a coop session it doesn't even put me in a lobby then kick me, I never see the loading screen and the process of searching for a public server just stops and I have to click the button again.

I’m having an issue where when I download mods almost none of them show up. I downloaded 5 gun mods and none appear in game, I downloaded a scope mod, and the icon appeared in the gunsmith but did not appear on the actual gun when applying. Map mods work fine and are playable.

That's because the data table for weapons was changed with the Dec 8th 2022 Adam Update, which added some new weapons

Now any mod that changes guns/slots is broken, and would need to be updated by the creator

hello! well my pc sucks, thus i use geforce now to play ready or not, which works fine!! now, I have installed a couple of weapon mods which have been working fine, until i tried to unsubscribe, although it is not in the 'installed menu' the weapon mods still work in game which means i cant try other weapon mods, does any one know how i can 'reset' those mods?

I found out what was wrong I think. what I did was install ready or not and re-install it and restart steam, which then caused steam to realize there was an update, updated the game, and I could join public lobbies

Hmmm I see. I guess the minimum requirements need to be updated on the steam page. Reducing resolution wont help because gpu usage is already very low. Its CPU usage spiking randomly and causing issues

hi, i'm having general bad performance but also frame drops to 20-30fps and it doesn't go away until i start the game, that's an infrequent issue. I used to play the game months ago and it ran fine; now it runs awfully. Changing graphics settings has no effect on the performance

It's just running really poorly. I have an i7 7700, 32gb of 3200mhz DDR4, and a 3070ti, I know my CPU is somewhat dated but it doesn't cap out on usage at all; also since changing the graphics settings seems to have no effect, it must be something else.

Every now and then when I shoot someone or get shot in game my computer screens go black, it's not every time, but it only happens when someone is shot, my GPU fans spin up to max, and I can't reload it. I've watched temperature, it's not overheating, updated drivers and BIOS, reinstalled the game, tried DX11 and DX12.
Win+Ctrl+Shift+B doesn't work to recover it, I can still hear audio, I can still talk if I was in a call when I crashed
It's just graphics that crash, and it's happening frequently enough that I can't enjoyably play this game

Hey, gave the same advice to someone in general. It seemed to work for them. Try verifying the integrity of your game files in steam.

Open your Game Library on Steam.
Right-click on your game.
Select Properties from the menu.
In the Properties menu, select 'Local Files' from the left-hand panel.
On the Local Files page, select 'Verify integrity of game files'

That is a well known issue in ADAM update. The update messed up the code and it is not generating pathfinding for AI. The developers are already aware of the issue.

ive got a external SSD and i can have it set to 2 different format types NTFS and exFAT format but if i have it on NTFS i cant download "ready or not" (and other games) says something about format type but if i format my SSD to exFAT i can down load it but it ends up being like 600GB when the game is only like 90 ish GB

I have really good internet (500 mbps download and upload) yet, whenever playing multiplayer in ready or not, when im not the host I will get random ping spikes every 30 seconds, I say ping spikes, however it has nothing to do with my ping, as when i check it its at 64. the game just decides to rubberband me and have everyone moonwalk/move foward whenever these happens. It only started happening when I got back into the game (I stopped playing after the ADAM update) Has a recent patch done this? Is there any fix to this, it's really annoying, Ive tried verifying integrity, clean install, etc with no fix.

The IGM just shows local sessions, but it's a mod so your only going to be able to join hosts with checksum checking disabled

I had some mod conflicts. I deleted all of the data for mods. I am still however getting a message (WITH ZERO MODS INSTALLED) that I need to restart for mods to work (something along those lines). Any idea on how to fix this? Can i sign out of my steam account on mod.io in game?

Hello, I am having a problem with modded contents.
When mod.io wasn't implemented in RON, I was using Vortex which was pretty convenient, because I could disable mods as I wish (so I could run RON without mods, no need to move them manually or uninstall them).
But now with mod.io I can't find a way to disable my mods without unsubscribe (and then uninstall) from them. I have a pretty bad connection, that's why "just uninstall and reinstall them later" won't work for me, it would be a huge pain.
I searched everywhere and I couldn't find a solution, can someone help me?

Hi i am palying this game on a system with a 5800HS and RTX 3060 GPU but I get very low FPS, around 60. Whats more annoying is that the fps always drops to something super low like 20fps whenever I am in combat, making the game unplayable. Having DSLR at ultra performance and the graphics preset at low didnt help either.

Also, it doesnt matter what graphics setting I use, the graphics looks ass for some reason. Hairs and faces look washed out.

I strongly recommend checking energy getting on your pc, switching between Dx11 or D12 and checking task manager for additional stuff that might be on. With a 3060, the game should be enjoyable, try locking fps at a specific number such as 70-75 depending on what you can bench with those specs.

Also (Do this at your own risk and will) but you can update to a different DLSS file. DLSS 2.5.1 could give you a boost. You need to backup the original dlss file just in case.

the 20gb thing is just your game files that are being changed, meaning the update is aplied in your files, and if your ssd/hdd is slow, that will take a while

Because of how Steam/EU4 works, you are downloading 2.3Mb of new content, but it is overriding (basically repacking) 20Gb worth of files

To address any additional concerns, they've always tried to make the process to install easier. If you check the game pak folder (where the core files are), it's in 26 sections as opposed to the 2 that the game had a year ago

Ok, so you know how most files are Pak, all of them are compressed with a file logo on it, they seem to work. But some files are called 7z 9r rar file, witch they don't have the file logo, or nether compressed. And I tried to extract them to pak folder but doesn't work.

Uninstall Ready or Not on Steam
Navigate to Steam > Steamapps > Common > Delete "ReadyorNot"
Navigate to %appdata% > local (%appdata by default is roaming) > delete "ReadyorNot"
Reinstall the game via Steam

in game, you cannot see the nvgs if you have anything else, but they will still work. Did you tried using them while using another head item

if you have anything thats not the mask or the nvgs, you wont see the nvgs in third person.

Having super wierd bug with Ready Or Not while trying to record it with obs, while gameplay goes on everything is fine, as soon as I'm thrown into any menu like death, or leaving mission, preview freezes, and i can't stop recording, not like it records anything but still, it just freezes up and that's it, only way to stop it is to close OBS with task manager. Game is running dx 12, game on ssd, recording going onto another drive, scene is capturing game not screen. Never had this in any other game, including DX12 Titles, including UE4 DX12 titles.

check minimum requirements, validate local files, update your drivers, try disabling your antivirus and validating files afterwards

Does anyone know solution to this c*ap? Like sometimes it works at least somehow, but these just terrible sometimes. this is definitely unplayable. This rec is just then it went to extreme. Usually these stutters happen only for some time like shader cache isn't being saved and has to be rebuilt after game restart. https://youtu.be/3XnDZTgFa68
