hi everyone! I posted this on the subreddit but unfortunately haven't seen any responses or anyone else with this issue. Joining a multiplayer lobby causes considerable amounts of frame drops/frame skips, and it happens to all of my friends as well. I slowed down to side-by-side clips in post, the left showing singleplayer and the right showing a multiplayer lobby. It happens in-game as well. You can easily see in slowmo the issue that occurs, it is as if half the frames aren't rendering.

FIX:

1 - Right click on "Ready or Not" in steam, navigate to properties.. -> local files -> browse...

2 - Go to "ReadyOrNot" (Yes, the ReadyOrNot folder inside ready or not)

3 - Delete all of "Content", not whats inside of it, the entire folder

4 - Verify steam files

5 - Should work good as new once all verification and download is done!

I got the same issue as Teleb, except I already deleted my mods, the black screen lasts for at least half an hour, and the game freezes every few seconds when I do manage to get the game to start.

Already tried reinstalling, too. Not a performance issue, my game ran fine on ultra before the update and still doesn't work with potato graphics.

2. If you have any mods, remove them and verify the game files (delete the .pak folder if necessary)
3. Update your drivers and windows (even to optional build, or even manual install)
4. Temporarily disable anti-viruses and test if issue persists
5. If all else fails, do a clean install below:
   Uninstall Ready or Not on Steam
   Navigate to Steam > Steamapps > Common > Delete "ReadyorNot"

Okay looks like Jump actually means 'Default Command' so you can unbind either space or Z and re-use it

Hello people, Ive been getting back into RoN since Adam dropped for everybody, it seems as my graphic settings reset and I forgot what would the best settings be for the rig that I have. I have a Zotac Gaming GTX 1660 | Intel Core i5 10400f | and 2x8 GB RAM. What would the best settings for a system like this? I can run the game on all Epic at 60 FPS most of the time but im somebody who prefers to get well over 60 FPS in FPS games, but im torn as I also want the game to look good, what would be the best combination? you could try

1. Verify the game files (right click on Steam > Properties > Local files > Verify integrity)
2. If you have any mods, remove them and verify the game files (delete the .pak folder if necessary)
3. Update your drivers and windows (even to optional build, or even manual install)
4. Temporarily disable anti-viruses and test if issue persists
5. If all else fails, do a clean install below:
   Uninstall Ready or Not on Steam
   Navigate to Steam > Steamapps > Common > Delete "ReadyorNot"
   Navigate to %appdata% > local (%appdata by default is roaming) > delete "ReadyorNot"
   Reinstall the game via Steam

I, i had a serious issue with the game, i have a low end pc that runs the game , if i set the texture to low, mid, high the game doesn't charge the texture of everything, instead if i put them on Epic i see the texture on everything.
