This was my thought as well. There's a couple map threads right now; one-offs that don't seem to have a wider narrative connection (Vine, Penthouse), the trafficking plot, the terrorism plot surrounding The Hand, and the Meth plot. VOID has been pretty open about laying out these connections in the maps and map descriptions, so why is Hospital different?

If you combine that with the Sepulchre seeming to introduce a "big bad" that currently has no in game representation whatsoever, I'm assuming there is some kind of meta narrative that drives all of this, and may be related to the overall outbreak of violence in Los Suenos.

I personally don't see VOID doing a campaign in the sense of a traditional FPS campaign with new content.

Or put a different way, I think we're playing the meat of the campaign now, but there's going to be some extra connective tissue to bind this all together.
