Pretty much.. if you ever do Ironman mode, run full steel heavy armor, full protection on all of your AI officers and you will blast through it

Also run shields too

The AI officers do not suffer a movement penalty when they have heavy armor

It's the only way to ensure they don't die like idiots

The main complaints for it were about micromanaging the buffs, while PD2 had that even more

That's one of their plans for it, using adaptive lighting sources

Almost all lighting in PD3 is baked-in, making extra RNG and big changes too much to often handle

UE5 update should give way to a lot more replayability and Heist changes, but I also hope they'll optimize the game further
