Reason why mods do not exist on consoles are because: There is no built in mod manager except mod.io, limitations of Unreal Engine for console mods and that the mod.io integration requires approval from both Sony and Microsoft

Every weapon has a use in some way whether you're going by higher/lower calibre based on pullet penetration and what suspects will wear, Maybe you want to have that tiny edge so you go with a higher fps round, Maybe you want a small form factor pdw for maps with tighter corners and thin walkways, Or a larger form factor rifle with a longer range scope for maps with larger open areas, Maybe you want to pretend its still WWII and take a shotgun right into the trenches, Maybe you want Non/Less than lethal for more careful "everyone gets out safe" runs, Maybe its Maybelline who knows
