Yea eventually. Relapse on hard was a grind for me. That was the last one I needed. First time thru I got a D and my bots kept killing the named suspect on following runs.

Like if an officer pulls out the pepperball and tell you it's viable, you should fire them

I finally settled on a good plan and got more consistent on running Relapse in hard mode. But I settled on giving my bots lethals with .50 pistol and riot shield. I ran flash launcher with lethal pistol and brought taser specifically for named suspect. Took armorer, nutritionist, and two negotiators.

which is disappointing cos cs gas was/could be super good if I was made to actually engulf and smoke out whole apartments like it should

it would be nice to be able to gas out apartment's and either completely disorientated everyone and have them essentially be cropped in the apartment or force them to evacuate and get forced out while being disorientated by gas so they run straight into you and you can get them to surrender since they're being blinded by tear gas

it's kinda easy to cheese missions if you own the rotary 40mm since you can just carry like 15 flashbangs and just shoot it on reaction near any suspect (though that was only used for the hunger strike run)
