Yeah, hard mode makes enemies seem more a like. But 1. It can be changed with basic mods however you like. 2. It improves replayabiliy and changes how maps play. I used to skate through Twisted Nerve solo even with AI modded to be much more dangerous than vanilla.

If you change anything in a pak, it has to be unpacked, edited, and then repacked. (replaced basically)
