is it because they are wearing clothes or can you actually not feel anything when tased

Meldonin is actually super easy with AI. I got it first try by breaching first floor, have 1 AI block far door (to section off first and second floor), and 1 AI to watch the side stairwell (also to block second floor). Then start rushing rooms with AI and tell them to arrest. Once you get enough arrests just start shooting. Do same on second floor
