Afaik there’s no way to choose in game, but players are automatically sorted into teams (you can view this with any gear with light sticks attached)

@dry trail try getting one of those hardware monitoring pieces of software to see what's going on
the CPU and GPU are balanced, could be overheating, not enough RAM or just a bad graphics driver

i mean yeah my fps is usually playable but i do get some large drops on maps like valley of the dolls and hide and seek

No but recording eats CPU,which is horrible for 5600 to handle whilst running the game

overclocking on AMD and Nvidia is different

on Nvidia you increase the clock speed manually

A lot of times mine auto resets to 144 and I don’t notice unless I really look for it. Unless you need the increase for competitive games it’s not as big of an increase as 60 to 144

on AMD you undervolt it, meaning less power is delivered, with less power it's a decrease in temperature
with a lower temp the GPU automatically increases clock speeds

youtuber Der8uer undervolted a 9070 XT and got it to beat a 5080 in Cyberpunk by like 1 FPS

it's impressive given that the 9070 XT is a direct competitor to the 5070 TI, yeah you can overclock a 5080 but the price difference is huge between those 2

Niv5series apparently is more for future proofing but who knows if games released in the future uses the tech 5series card provides

Sapphire, PowerColor and XFX are usually the best for AMD GPUs in terms of quality

I personally avoid Gigabyte everything and MSI GPUs if I were to buy Nvidia but you do you on that one
