that's one of my main complaints

like CS will lock down a small area- in times when the enemy isn't fully masked and armored up, for like a handful of seconds, and then the enemy gets over their cough and is back at 100% like nothing ever happened

Both flashbang and stinger stuns for 8 seconds and you can change it in ai config file
Cs gas stun suspects every 0.5 seconds for like ~3 seconds and zeroing their morale as long as they in area of effect, you can edit gas duration in grenade file, im not sure about stun time from gas/pepper smoke

I'd recommend to not attempt to get rank S in this map until the devs touch upon the enemy a.i.
The way the a.i. works makes this map an unbearable experience, this took about 6 to 7 hours to complete rank S, because the enemy a.i. sees you through tiny cracks (even if they're just one frame wide it's enough for them to see you) and don't even have to be facing towards you, meaning you're constantly under fire in the warehouse which is the biggest part of the map. Not just that but it has also been confirmed that the a.i. without mods has a reaction time of 0.100ms which is dramatically faster than that of a human, which once again when combined with them shooting through walls and tiny cracks it makes clearing this map an insanely stressful experience. You have to get extremely lucky for bots to somehow miss shots on you and in this run I "should've" died at least 4 different times, this run was rough but the RnG was on my side.
