aslong as they're not in the getting on their knee's surrendering animation you can shoot people with the beanbag and toc really doesn't care

even if you creep out of a doorway and see a guy minding his own business you can just shoot them with the beanbag. nada happens

beanbag shotgun is fun because it more reliably stuns people than normal shotguns (which buckshot atleast)

well I like to equip tasers and yell "LIGHTNING BOLT" as I tase people

Civs are less compliant than suspects... You cant get worse than that now
I can yell at a suspect and they'll maybe drop the gun
Civ when I yell 30 times will look at me like I got a dick growing out of my forehead.

"nah have him return fire instantly while also playing a winded animation"

well word of advice from what i've tested buckshot is kind of bad against anyone who isn't a tweaker with no armour

slugs put people down consistantly but have a much higher rate to things such as .300 blackout

yea thats the best way to get civs to comply

just run up and punch them in the stomach, not so good on hesitant suspects
