I returned after a few months of not playing and I’m pleasantly surprised by how well it runs now. For me it went from 40-50 fps to 100+ in most maps. Credit where credit is due

You basically get rid of all the old leftovers and install just new drivers, depending on a few criteria, you might get a smidge more performance across the borad

You'll have to go into your windows display settings. It's likely your monitor positions got moved around when your drivers were reinstalled.

You also need to make sure you're extended, not mirrored

Shouting will not do anything most of the time, you are meant to shout and deploy the kit you are given

idk, i feel like just most times i use a flashbang or taze them only for them to just shoot me after all that and then im down resources and have given my position away when i could have just shot them in the knee a few times and kept going

That kills them, and if you are hitting them with a taser/flashbang, shouting then will get the arrest

If you really want to shoot people in the back of the head just check if their weapon is slightly raised

Otherwise if you throw a flash at their feet it's a guaranteed arrest

The easiest way to make suspect surrender is stun him with grenade, taser or less lethal like beanbag/vks and yell while he stunned or using negotiator trait

You need yell at them, sometimes a lot since it's not a 100% chance that they will surrender while being stunned

literally happened to me with some friends earlier, flashed a guy yelled a him a bunch he proceeded to get out of the animation and the millisecond he did that blasted me in the face and i died instantly
