All it's really doing is increasing the amount of AI and giving them all knives so it doesn't necessarily add zombies in a true sense but it's the closest we're probably gonna get until an official SDK drops. It's a fun mod and a good time with friends all the same.

Flashbangs are also still grenades and can cause fires which may have to be taken into consideration

You gotta remember Columbine saw a major change to how SERT functions. Prior to Columbine and the North Hollywood shootout SERT was much more prevelant. Since the 90s most police departments have moved towards officers being one man armies with patrol rifles, rifle rated armor, breaching kits etc. Now for the most part the only places you'll see SERT are on barricaded suspects, officer down calls, planned high risk warrant services/take downs and active shooters. Even in active shooters, in almost all cases the suspect is gunned down by patrolman before the arrival of SERT

Well that's a tough one, your only big issue though is arresting the 3 suspects the rest is just going to be avoiding dying while completing the other objectives and there is no hidden soft objectives for this mission so all objectives listed on the tablet is all you're aiming to complete. Personally how I got the 3 suspects was having them push towards me one at a time while I hid behind a corner and tased them in the first room though it's a pretty RNG method as it depends on them being close by to that first room to get them in there and for there not to be 2 of them that aggro on you at once.

No matter what route you take, outside in or inside out, you have to worry quite a bit about the more maneuverable suspects pushing you or holding a hallway with a LMG.

I'm not sure they ever clarify in RoN, but I always assumed that the Senator was a US Senator, not a state Senator, so it shows the issues of the broader American world in RoN.

Older trailers do talk about the US being a bit of a shit show for the sake of exaggeration
