So i have a question, does the game get updated often? i personally started having issues with the AI as many times they were able to shoot from places were they couldnt see me at all or detect me from places that didnt make any sense and in general shoot super fast. I noticed this problem goes way back and that gave me a concern about the games state. Are the developers aware of this issue?

We are very much aware of the weirdness, yes. The team does tend to prefer large, sweeping patches over monthly which is why the last patches were some hotfixes related to the 1.0 patch.

The next patch will be coming with the DLC and just for confirmation, you will not need to buy the DLC to get the fixes and tweaks

training to give you the tutorial, from there either commander or practice.

Commander gives you a squad you need to manage, they will get stressed during missions and such. You can really restart a mission if you mess up without abandoning it to go back to the station and suffer a stress penalty for your squad.

Practice on the other hand is a bit of a misleading title imo, it plays a bit more like a "Classic mode" and my prefered way of playing, you dont have any of the squad management and just get a set teammates that are the same every mission, theres no consiquences to failing missions and you can retry a mission at any point through the pause menu.

Progression and unlocks are the same between the two modes

I'd say it's worth about 20-30 USD max. Its full price is not worth the amount of content you get.

There's no clear linear story, the AI are not autonomous at all so you have to babysit them, and suspects don't usually act like... people.

On the other hand, there's plenty of guns and gamestyles to try out, along with unlockable cosmetics. Soundtracks kinda slap, the environmental setting is pretty immersive overall.

Let me break down my experience:

Russians speaking russian running around shooting everyone and everything to hell with score and tactical
People run around like they play cod, get shot, leave the lobby
People cant tell the difference between ally and enemy
People cant understand that some doors are booby trapped and they have to be careful, proceed to do the exact same thing over and over and over again
People griefing in lobbies by either not reading up, blocking doorways killing innocents for no reason what so ever
The ready system doesnt show up on the pad so you cant even tell who is ready and who is not.
People barely to never speak in the game, some do most dont.

And thats jus the start of it

So I've gotten the bug that does not allow you to restrain a dead suspect (No limbs have been blown off but IK he is dead because there is a bowling ball sized hole in his forehead) so cuffs should not be a problem. No, S rank is annoyingly limited to non lethal runs. But AI work well for that by equipping them with less lethal equipment.

I really wish S rank was based on responding appropriately, and non lethal was an extra separate rank that didn't mean anything because it is really just rng and less skill full than playing normally. You just run in shooting everyone and hoping an ai doesn't somehow ignore it and start shooting
