I don't think that's entirely accurate. The mods of this game are like 85% cosmetic and 10% maps and 5% AI value changes from what I've heard from @waxen latch who's way more knowledge on the modding stuff than I am.
People can push mods without it needing to be quality controlled or tested extensively.
Not to mention maps come out with updates that come alongside other things. So if a map is finished it would still need to wait for other departments to be finished to then get shipped out. Then QA, then more testing and fixing.

Hi just wanting to thank everyone that helped me back then with my decision between buy this game or CoD MW2, i barely have time during my normal day, like 2 h, and today i expent them on RoN and damm, this game is awesome. I thought it would be weird and meh with the mechanics about to control the dudes etc, but when you control them and see how they go inside etc it gives a realistic vibes for sure.

To be fair, actual Modern Warfare 1 and actual Modern Warfare 2 are fun games. Though I think the multiplayer is past its prime and in terms of replayability RoN has both beat, especially considering the expansions for RoN that are coming out.

I camped a bit on Black ops, at least I think it was black ops.
This guy was running around the entire map with dual 1887s and would fire the moment he ran around a corner. The whole match he was doing this, just rounding corners and blind firing hoping for a kill.
It worked fairly well though but was incredibly cheap.
I was playing on my brother's console and was not used to a controller so I gave up and just camped in a corner.
I killed that dual 1887 guy 3 or 4 times as the guy got more and more annoyed until he finally figured out he should toss a grenade into where I was sitting. Dude screamed and called me a camping noob, which I found rich coming from a one trick pony idiot.
