You won't see female operators in a game about Navy SEAL or SAS, but if there are liberties taken to make the game less extreme in realism, then those sort of leniencies can happen. And whether people think it's a "whatever" kind of thing to throw female operators into a serious tactical shooter or not is more of an objective thing at this point and people will have their own opinions.

Once you have everything completed, all weapons accounted for, all suspects and civilians tied up, TOC will say "Roger that, Entry Team. Put 'em on safe and let them hang. Great job."

If it doesn't end automatically, you're missing something. If you failed one of the main objectives (say one civilian dies), you'll never get that.

Dead suspects don't need to be ziptied for the game to end the mission automatically, unless they're not actually dead and just faking. Look for the blood puddles. Hard to fake bleeding.

remember that the AI will automatically pick up items they walk near whey they are on fall in orders, and they'll go to uncuffed civilians, suspects and pick up weapons on their own if you give them the search room order

i installed a better graphics card on my pc and monitored my it's use

and i found out the big fps drops/freezes happened as gpu usage went down dramatically, like i'm averaging on 82% and it drops to 60, 40 or even close to 0 seemingly at random while cpu and other ram don't move at all

If it's lag spikes, there might be the possibility the DDR3 memory isn't that quick to stream things in and out of memory. I have a 3060 Ti with 8GB VRAM and I have no issues when it comes to textures overflowing my vram, so that's not going to be your problem.

Don't know if the rx5500 supports DX12, but have you tried it ? My game runs smooth on DX12, while a friend with nearly the same PC as mine (exact same GPU), can't play it on DX12

Or do you drop fps down to some plateau and just stay there and then jump back up again ? Randomly, not like staring into a busy scene and then staring at the floor or sky or stuff like that, that's normal.
