Tried to S rank Greased Palms just now. Out of all ammo and grenades. And the last suspect just wouldn't surrender no matter what I did. 5 minutes of bashing and AI slamming him with beanbags and he just kept drawing and trying to shoot. AI beanbag finally killed him and it knocked me down to A+. Is there a surefire way to actually get somebody to surrender?
