Game play wise it’s just a straight upgrade from 5.56

even though in real life it performs worse against armor because of the equation of kinetic energy

(speed being a more important factor than mass)

so a heavier bullet is not as effective against armor as a lighter one going very quickly

MK17 exclusively purely for the aesthetics. The GA58 is the best one on the game due to being short like an SMG, has the damage of 7.62x51 and the lowest recoil of all the battle rifles

But I hate the modernized furniture on the G3 and GA58 so I refuse to use them I like my Cold War era weapons to be classic

Stats wise they’re 1:1 the same but one is longer. Barrel length doesn’t matter in the game except for being better in close quarters so there’s never really a reason to pick super long rifles besides aesthetics

Difference between me and my friend is I use the GA51 chambered in 7.62mm, he uses the LVAR chambered in .300 blackout I think it is. I bring 3 mags he bring 5. I use semi auto he just blitzes everything and goes full out full auto on them. I reload maybe once in the mission, he reloads 4 times.

Main difference being I'm the type of guy that uses precision to eliminate people with high accuracy and he just uses the full extent of how much ammo the LSPD give him.

Yeah when I used the LVAR (I still love that gun) I would tend to fire in bursts of three despite being on semi auto (idk why just a force of habit) but with the GA51 I tend to only fire on maybe two shots at a time.

Only time I move fast with my friend is on elephant for the bombs and the shooters taking them hostage, and I mean even then when we know we're going in fast we plan the route beforehand using the map so we know the plan according to bomb spawns and hostage locations.

One went through the windows (a guy that lives on my road was actually part of the team that went through the windows he was good friends with my dad) and another on the bottom.
