Is there any way to force civilians to crouch with hands up in Neon tomb or is it some known bug? In 3 runs in a row in hard mode on Ps5 a single npc just stands still no matter what I do, fire flash bangs, grenades, pepper spray or punch, they just stand refusing to get hand cuffed and I'm unable to finish all objectives. I never ran into this in standard.

I believe this is technically a bug but civ's should be going hands up instantly when you bash them. The only time they dont is when they are "hiding"

They're just standing in the open frozen, although they do play a little reaction animation they dont move. Two times I hoped they'd snap out of it and i went on to clear the rest of the objectives. Then when I came back they're still in the same spot. I had my ais surround them and use non lethals on them as well. Quite annoying to end the run again and again due to this in hard mode. Third time I spent about a minute hammering the guy and yelling, even shooting him with a lethal pistol and he didn't care so I just closed the game as I knew it was over 🥲

That sounds unusual so yeah its probably a glitch, not sure if its the map or what is causing it though. It really sucks because theres a wide range of bugs currently in the game that just waste literally hours of the players' time. Bugs that ruin runs, bugged achivements, etc

It's the first time I run into this issue, I've cleared all missions on s in standard (before the last patch) and all the missions in hard up to Neon tomb and it seems to be a consistent thing for me in this map. I was curious if others were running into this as well (again I'm on ps5) i guess I'll just skip this map for now and hope it gets fixed after the next patch

You will have some things that are fundamentally similar or same when it comes to callouts such as dynamic or deliberate entries, single or double stacks, deep and close, dead zone. Those things, but any other callouts will probably be up to the SOP when it comes to clearing a building or a room, aka cqb

and unless you have any floorplans, clearing out the room is a pretty big leap. you don't know whether or not the entrance is against the wall or is in the center of it.

Generally though, you know you are efficient in cqb when you barely do callouts and flow with your team, and the only comms that really happen are when you pie a room, check with mirror wand, call out what entry and what position (double or single), and maybe whether you hook or cross the entry point

There are issues that are noted, but not every issue gets listed in the #archived-known-issues section. For example the latest issue in there is actually there since the official release of RoN, but that issue is generally the smallest inconvenience you can have considering the only thing you have to do is walk back to spawn if that happens

I followed that one Youtube video on it about arresting everyone. If you know the one I'm talking about except I ignored the part about the caches. I made a train of enemies and had them all stuck there with the ziptie glitch and then just arrested them all. Need to make sure nobody in the train is more than 10 seconds apart in walking distance though

Yes, not every issue gets listed there because it would be a never ending list to be fair, a lot of the issues that were fixed in LSS#2 patch were not, to my knowledge even listed in #archived-known-issues

If you have 2 negotiators on your team it makes it way easier there is a 50% every enemy will get down upon the first yell. You can literally do an entire mission without firing a shot because you get lucky and everyone just gets down instantly

I'd argue it's much more than an inconvenience. Trophy hunters literally can't get the 100% and not closing the game to restart is a massive hinderence. If officers die you need to farm the one you need back before you can try again and it could take literally dozens of tries to get even one of the 2 stupid RNG based trophies

Tell someone to scan a room, they say there's a suspect. Clear the room, nothing. I've went through the map at least 4 times at this point. Do I have to restart the mission all over again?

I am not sure if there are multiple entry points you can select on the map, there probably are, but I always pick the default one. I generally go to one of the side doors and start clearing from there

You cannot switch between ammo types in some fast ways if I remember correctly, so just bring JHP on missions where there is no L4A, which is like 5 missions in the whole game and grab JHP for the rest unless you actually utilize wall or cover penetration often
