The Mindjot guards are equipped with higher tier weapons than most suspects, and they all wear body armor. If everything still keeps going wrong, try giving all your AI Five-seveNs and shieds.

Suspect helmets are purely cosmetic, btw.

There is a queue of commands, you can comand them something and make them hold till you execute the order

Go in your settings and change your default command from “fall in” to “hold/resume”, makes it easier to move them around step by step during a sequence of events

It’s not too often you use fall in, also setting the commands to list view instead of wheel makes it a lot easier to navigate

Arrest the leader guy before 2 minutes. The execution timer is tied to him.

His spawn is completely RNG, so he could be on the complete other side of the boat or in the very first room you breach.

The best is when you can arrest the guy and all his bodyguards, then line them all up at the back of the boat and execute them by firing squad.

.50 AE is a great execution caliber, but I'd argue for 9mm because the damage is so dog shit they'll die slower and suffer more.

That is perfectly fine. The COAST helicopter can be your audience.

They even have a big camera recording everything.

Just keep in mind that even if no civilians die immediately once the two minutes are up, arresting the prince will not stop the execution order. Guards will still shoot nearby civs.

For me, I prefer to spawn on the back of the boat, since it allows access to a couple larger areas, which makes finding him RELATIVELY easier.

Go to any mission, though I would recommend 23MB Per Second since it is tight enough with decent suspect density for easy witnessing.

Go through the mission, arresting suspects, executing civvies, completing objectives but leave all the weapons on the ground.

You'll get a soft complete, asking you to vote if you wanna head back to HQ.

Do not vote yes.

Wait it out and look around the place, preferably near arrested suspects.

You'll see the trailer units pick them up and bring them to your spawn location.

And make sure you do this either on Quick Play or Training mode only.

The trailers don't show up in Commander mode.
