Ik that irl if you're exposed to sunlight you'll have harder time seeing what's in the shadows, doesn't mean it can't be fixed. You could make so that you don't get engaged by 2-3 enemies from shadow but instead spawn them on them in front of building in sunlight, you could give them muzzle flash or if possible set different time of day if you pick main entrance. There's a bunch of solutions to this problem.

For dlc depends. I'd say home invasion maps are somewhat same quality as base maps, dark waters slightly better on average imo. If you were to divide base game cost with 18 maps you'd get 2,77€ and 3,33€ for dlc but tbf, some base maps are small so imo cost/quality is similar.
