i just got the game but i have basically no idea how the ai works will a ARWC for whole team exept for 1 which has a shotgun be effective, and will a tactical shield, battering ram, m320 flash and mirror gun do the job

Assuming it’s a game that was created and released on PC first

I personally won’t see it as good as PC due to no mods etc etc

But for others it will be fine

if they shoot at you and you kill them your within authorization and you only get 5pts. If you kill them before they even shoot you or point a weapon at you and are hesitant you may get unauthorized use of force or unauthorized use of deadly force. Just depends how the suspect reacts to you.
