Not got the S rank, but from my experience, the taser is the best non-lethal, followed by the beanbag.

Currently doing this and I am 17/18, only missing Port Hokan; I use the the beanbag shotgun and the 509 as a secondary, with a single mag that I really keep as my "quick reset" when a run goes wrong and I kill my teammate lol

Anyway I use the beanbag shotgun with a single secondary slot filled with the tazer, I've outfitted my AI with half of them having the pepper ball M4 and the other half a pepperball SMG. It works pretty well I've seen.

Got a question regarding the grading system. Me and my friends played the Sinous Trail mission, got all the evidence, no officers down, reported everything, all the civilians secured as well. We got a B. Is it because we didn't apprehend enough suspects? Are we missing hidden evidence? Would be weird since the mission just ended when we secured the last civilian. My guess is that we neutralised too many armed suspects
